It's beautiful !
The way you used the lights is awesome.
I love the nuances and the deep blue you used...
Really beautiful !

I hope you'll work it out more because if this is the very first one, it can only grow better and the results will be fantastic !

Awwwwwww! I see this and I want to get my watercolours out of their cobwebby hole again, but I don't have the guts, because I've forgotten how to use them. And also I bought a ton of W&N drawing inks back at Easter and I'm scared to use those too! Cry forever
I wish I could do what you do.

You are great at drawing and designing. Give the watercolours a go. I don't know how to use them. I watched 2 YouTube videos and had a bash ;) xxx

Then you have magical fingers and your paints were gifted you by the gods!
I had a go with inks this afternoon and I was like a child... a small helpless child.
I drew a dead rabbit on my picture out of disgust. :(

Now, tantrums ( though funny) won't get you anywhere ;) I thought I did well not to paint myself, as was the way back at school. You should have taken a photo of said tantrum lol :D
the dead rabbit still cracks me up...I think I'm evil :/ ( stifles evil cackle)

This is gorgeous!

Which bits were graphite? Forgive the ignorance if it's screamingly obvious

Not at all :) obviously I drew it out in pencil but the bits I shaded with pencil were around the eye and a few bits on the neck and body. Thanks for the lovely comment X

I really enjoyed doing this. I'm a total beginner with watercolour but it was loads of fun. Thankyou to Falln-Stock for the original picture x
