It's So Good To Be Back

Wow, long story here but I first want to thank whoever gave me Core for a month! How very kind! Thankyou so very much
Well I've had a crazy two years. We had several deaths to deal with and the fallout from that. Then my health took a turn for the worse. When I was last here I had started a new job. Turns out it was a bad idea. My health took a nosedive. It turns out I'm being testes for MS again as I'm in a relapse that has lasted 7 months so far. I started having seizures recently so that has sped things along and I'm seeing an emergency neurologist on the 31st. They don't know if I have a bleed on the brain, MS or a tumour, or all three. So lots of appointments etc on the way.
The good thing is I'm returning to my art as I can take my time with it. So it may take me longer to upload but I will be uploading again. I've just completed a picture for someone, I just need permission off them to put it on here and then I can upload it. I was pleased with it...despite the fact I hate drawing machinery!
Can you believe it's Xmas next week!! I'm really looking forward to it. I hope all your preparations are going well. Keep safe.

Hello all! I'm so sorry I'm hardly here at the minute. I'm still building up my physical stamina and trying to keep well whilst I get used to being back at work. I do quite a physical job, in heat, so it takes quite a lot out of me. I'm doing ok but it doesn't leave me with much energy at the end of a day. I will try to get back to drawing soon as I'm still missing it, it's just that it's the last thing I've felt like doing when I feel worn out and achey.
I apologise for any birthdays ive missed. A huge HAPPY BIRTHDAY to anyone I missed, I'm sorry xxxx

Apologies for my absence! As you know, I started a new job. After being off work sick for about 4 years, it took some getting used to! It's quite a physical job as well so on the plus side I'm getting back in shape But it's so tiring so I haven't done any art at all for a while now...but I am missing it. Now I've got more used to the job and the physical demands of it I'm sure I will want to get back to drawing again soon. I can feel that feeling of wanting to get back to it.
How had DA been lately? Quiet?
I will post when when I get started again. I hope you are all ok and I will be back soon.

Howdy everyone Sorry it's been a while. I'm still adjusting to being back at work. I'm doing alright and getting used to the physical demands on my body, which I thought I'd never do!
Yes, it's great to be back at work. I've got the camaraderie back and so nice to be earning a wage again! I'm still absoloutly wiped out when I come home but I'm hoping that will improve over time. I tend to come home and collapse at the moment. I can feel I'm getting fitter though
Well, yesterday I finally got my wisdom tooth out The little bugger had given me the worst toothache for about 3 weeks. I had to have antibiotics when I first saw the dentist as it had an infection under it. Well, I went back yesterday and he took it out. Hurrah! He gave me the option of trying to save it but it had been filled twice previously and I didn't want this to happen again. So the pain I have now is healing pain, which I can cope with. Such a relief! I also ended up having another filling on another tooth so for hours yesterday my whole face was numb Trying to drink was a challenge, definately needed a bib! Today I've got a small swollen patch on my jaw but nothing major

Sorry it's been a while. I'm still adjusting to being back at work. I'm doing alright and getting used to the physical demands on my body, which I thought I'd never do!Yes, it's great to be back at work. I've got the camaraderie back and so nice to be earning a wage again! I'm still absoloutly wiped out when I come home but I'm hoping that will improve over time. I tend to come home and collapse at the moment. I can feel I'm getting fitter though

Howdy y'all I finished my training this week for my new job. It was really good actually, if I could do that every day and get paid, that'd be amazing. I like learning so quite enjoyed it and the trainer was lovely, we all had a good laugh at the same time. So now I'm just waiting for my background checks to be completed and then I can start The early mornings weren't as bad as I thought either though when I start proper I will have to be up at about 6am at least. Just hoping now that my checks come through quick so I can get started.
Body wise, I seem to be alright. I had a pyjama day yesterday as I was so wiped out but I'm feeling alright today so I suppose I will get used to it eventually.
My art is on hiatus at the minute. Once I get used to my new routine and I adapt, I will get back to my art. I'm just so busy that I don't have the mental energy for it. I do miss it so it won't be long before I'm back to it. I've got a drawing in progress that's sitting there looking at me and nagging me to finish
Well, got things on today so I will leave it there. Hope you're all well.
